Hello there!

My name is Beverly Santi and I am the proud owner of Fuel Pax Foods. Whether its losing weight, maintaining your health, gaining muscle mass, toning up, or you just don’t have the time to cook, we’ve got you covered! Fuel Pax Foods is designed to deliver tasty properly portioned meals without the use MSG, or preservatives.

Now let me tell you a little bit about me; growing up both my mother and grandmother would prepare meals for the family and one of the things I observed the most was watching them use fresh produce and protein. In my household, canned foods, preservatives, and sugary treats was nonexistent. My father used to take my siblings and I hiking during the summer and exercise was always part of our daily routine.

Sounds like perfection right?

While all of that is true; once I reached my adulthood I started suffering from depression. I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and Anxiety in 2014. Testing out medication after medication, I noticed that I was gaining a tremendous amount of weight and that too made me unhappy. Although I lived my life as though I was normal and happy; I didn’t feel that way on the inside. In the evening my girls would wait for me with open arms happy to see me come home from work. They’d greet me with a big group hug and kisses all over. I was a master at multitasking! I’d change my clothes, start to prepare dinner, help them with homework, listen to how their day went, pay bills, in the interim worry about everything under the sun, put them to bed and when everything was finally serene and I found my self alone, I was consumed by my very own darkness that somehow uninvitedly insisted on being part of my routine. This was my life for a few years.

Fast forwarding to the ending of 2018.

Like the majority of people; a New Years Eve isn’t NYE without having a resolution(s) so I decided to take charge of my life again! I flushed my depression and anxiety medication down the toilet and started a brand new chapter in my life. I called this one “Carpe Diem”. No plans, no to do list just living in the moment without worrying about what the future will be. During this time I began to really think about the choices I made at that precise time. Do I choose to eat a slice of pizza (btw pizza is my kryptonite) or do I eat this grilled chicken salad? Do I sit down and watch another episode of Gray’s Anatomy or do I go to the gym and workout that pizza I may have had (lol told you pizza is my weakness). These decisions may seem small and insignificant but to me they were the start of a brand new life.

I began going to the gym. While I already had a fulltime job at Northwell Health, I picked up a part time job at LA and started my routine with meal prepping for my self. Members of the gym were fascinated that not only was I a single parent but also had two jobs and still had time to meal prep. I was frequently asked to meal prep for people and eventually gave in. My first group was 35 customers the first week and the following week it jumped 208%!! Satisfaction was born and the happiness that I thought did not exist suddenly empowered me with the ability to help others in the process.

“The path to success is to take massive, determined action. It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shape” – Tony Robbins

I’ve asked my self this “If I could change one thing about my self what would it be?” it was to make better choices in my everyday life. If I can start a brand new chapter in my life and have a healthier lifestyle overall SO CAN YOU! As busy as I was being a single parent, working two jobs,  going through mental breakdowns, all while being the pillar of the family; I was able to make the choice and change myself, slowly but surely I was able to make the better choice in my everyday life. I changed my eating habits and physical activities and I went back to my roots from when I was a kid. If I can do this.. let me be the first to tell you…  SO CAN YOU!

Make that commitment today for tomorrow is not promised. Decide...is this the lifestyle you want to live? Is this the best you can be? Can you be stronger? Can you be healthier? Every choice you make counts.

Decide now and let Fuel Pax Foods accompany you throughout your journey and remember :
